Every sound was the final exhibition at the Center for Ongoing Research & Projects (COR&P) before its closing in October 2016. The exhibit included objects and materials related to my continuing development of Thoreau’s Desk (requires some assembly) — a piece conceived for percussion trio and first performed in 2014 at the deCordova Sculpture Garden and Museum in Lincoln, Massachusetts. For the exhibit at COR&P, I produced a false postcard of a 1912 drawing by Picasso and published the plan and score for Thoreau’s Desk.
